PC Windows 11 & 10 does not detect my Redmi 13C

Hi, I wish to transfer files from phone to PC and vice versa but no joy. Tried all the suggestions I have looked for on the Internet, different ports, cables, turn on USB debugging etc etc and no joy? Thanks for any help. I have chosen file transfer etc on the phone. It just seems lifeless when connected to a PC.

Thanks, I just realised. NP will hang around, noticed I am not the only one with this problem, pretty basic and important function tho, phone seems lifeless when connected, charges tho thankfully.
