Invalid Permissions app keeps crashing after miui 13 update on poco f2 pro (thanks for the renaming btw)

go into the settings, Apps, Manage Apps, on the 3 dots, select something with show system apps and then type in the search bar for "Permission"

After updating to miui13 global rom my mi 11 ultra most of the system apos crash and do not open. Can not clean cache as it crashes… can not enter permissions as it crashes..
