Phone Can't Start Afte Update To Miui9

I have an problem. I just wanted to update the phone to MIUI9. I have done this via TWRP. But after flash the phone only shows the MI logo and goes off. I tried 3 or 4 MIUI files and on every file it is the same. It goes only to the logo and goes off. I wanted to install the previous MIUI 8.6, but it is the same thing. It boots only to MI logo and goes off. How can I flash the phone to get it work?
When I am plugging the phone to the PC the light is blinking red.

In case anyone else gets this issue - you have to unlock the bootloader again, as for some reason it gets locked - it works like a charm after you've done this

i had the same problem just replace this file emmc_appsboot.mbn with the orignal before u flash it
