Phone farm Xiaomi phone disconnection problem

Hello,

I am contacting you about a problem that is deeply affecting the operation of my business.
I have a Xiaomi phone farm, but the phones are disconnecting from the server for no apparent reason. The cable that connects them is connected properly.

Models: Redmi 12C Redmi 9A, bought new in September 2023

This has already been done:

Phone updates
Changes to usb hubs
teamviewer (the app doesn't stay idle for long)
activate "disable adb authorization timeout" option

Please help us solve this problem.
