Phone Freezing

Hello,

I have a problem on my Note 8 Pro,
when speaking on the phone, the phone is automatically freeze and shuts down and re switch on automatically...

Any ideas please ?

You should seek help in the Global Xiaomi forum - MI Community as this forum is for the custom ROM xiaomi.eu and RN8Pro is not supported and you are not using it.
