Good afternoon. Bought a phone 2 days ago. It has firmware 8.7.5. Updater offers to upgrade to 8.3.3. After downloading the file and clicking on the install button, you will be notified that the phone will reboot into recovery mode. Click OK. The phone restarts but the update does not install. The same thing happens if you manually specify a file with firmware by 3 points.

Could be seller modified rom and even unofficially unlocked bootloader. What phone and where did you buy it?
