Phone reporting numbers instead of name

Phone showing 2106118C as a name in different applications, instead of the name Xiaomi Mix 4? Is this normal or just a Chinese Phone thing?

Because these apps simply read the ro.product.model property.
The market name of the device is in ro.product.marketname, but it's a property exclusive to Xiaomi devices.
