Picture text messages

Does anyone know if there is a fix for the picture messages I'm running 12.24 on my evo. It just doesn't send at all.

I can't send them it just shows it is sending for ever. It never ends up sending... I probably should ber more specific next time I ask a question

I'm a rookie so I don't know what apn is. I am using sprint in MI if that helps you at all? I did some googleing but all i got was how to change it and I wouldn't know what to change it to.
