Setting -> additional settings -> privacy -> sim card lock -> change pin.

My ROM is in french, and I havn't "sim card lock" in privacy settings...

Well, that's weird. I have same version and now I even switched to English. There is in privacy settings just under "clear credentials" SIM Lock" and under that is my operator name. When I click it, I get to change the pin code.
