please help, no sim card detected

yesterday i unlocked the bootloader of my poco f3, installed twrp and flashed miui global 12.5.4
now i have a big issue with my poco, it doesn't detected any of my 2 sim cards and the battery is dropping quickly with heating

pleasesome one can help me?

reflash the rom once and/or move to weekly rom that is perfect in these days.

'Fastboot rom" reset all the phone structure radio included.
IS the phone still running hot?

yes i turned it off, also i loose my imei for the 2 sim slot, and no baseband

Quite impossible if you flashed a FASTBOOT rom!
You can flash the radio for test via fastboot.
just extract it from the rom and flash it

Best Via fastboot, I don't know if your TWRP support "install image";
- fastboot flash radio "radio.img name"

problem fixed by flashing miui 12.0.2.0 fastboot, the key is flashing rom lower than the installed one.
for people facing my issue this is it!
