Please, very important concerning the emergency number.

Can anyone tell me how to change the emergency number embedded in MIUI because it seems that the emergency number embedded is the same as the my customer support number, so when I dial the customer support number it automatically dials emergency number :-(

Can anyone help through this?

Is it a CSC issue, if so, how can I change the files of CSC in the system?
