Poco F3 android 11 to 12 problems

Can someone help me i havent updated my poco f3 since october android 11 can i flash the new rom which is 21.11.24 directly? via fastboot directly or do i need to flash the android 12 first

1. Download "xiaomi.eu_multi_HMK40_POCOF3_21.11.25_v12-12-fastboot.zip"
2. Unzip this the file.
3. Connect a phone with PC via Fastboot mode.
3. Execute a update bat file(If you are use a Windows PC)

does this also work for orginal poco f3 firmware, to xiaomi.eu 12 rom, maybe with a step from org to 11 to 12?
