New [Poco F3] [MIUI 13] Can't edit APN settings

Hello
I'm on stable MIUI 13 ver. 13.0.3
I can't edit APN settings; whenever I change the bearer from unspecified to LTE and hit save, the record disappears.
is there any fix other than downgrading to MIUI 12.5?
