Poco F4 Wifi calling setting missing

We got a new Poco F4 and using miui 14 and i am looking in the section where the sim is and where I am supposed to be able to turn on wifi calling and VoLTE but both options are missing, I switched from Samsung and I did have wifi calling with the same sim card but can not find it here in poco f4 and we are in the UK with virgin.
These are the instructions I am following

• Go to Settings->SIM Cards & Mobile Networks.
• Tap on the SIM card for which you want to enable Wi-Fi calling.
• Make sure the Use VoLTE option is enabled. If not, enable it.
• Upon scrolling down you will find an option called Make Calls using Wi-Fi.
• Enable it and you’re good to go.

If you do not see the VoLTE activation option in the settings, enter this code in the dialer. * # * # 86583 # * # *
For VoWiFi, enter the code: * # * # 869434 # * # *

In the field for dialing numbers, a message will appear after the last character, which must end with DISABLE. If ENABLE, we repeat the string again.
