New Poco x3 activate sim problem

Hallo to everyone.. I have a poco x3 and I factory reset it..after that I cannot activate sim, so I can't restore sms and call history

I have tried everything
Permission are OK in xiaomi sim activation
Cache is cleared
Unknown sources is enabled
I changed language
I verified my phone in xiaomi account from browser
I enabled find my device
I restarted it several times
Roaming is enabled
My carrier is ok. It was activated before factory reset
I have tried everything I found on Google but still the same error. Any more ideas???
