New [poco x3 nfc] Fix 'No Caller ID' problem with KPN volte eaae

Please fix the modemconfig making 4G calling over volte on the KPN Netherlands network.

March 31 they will shut down 3G so our phone will become more useless.

Problem is existing too long!
