POCO X6 Pro 5G - Call Recording - Install Xiaomi Caller

My POCO X6 Pro 5G phone, bought in Germany, has the Android caller in its ROM.
So there is no call recording possible.
I read that with the Indonesia ROM call recording is possible because there is a different caller in this ROM, not the Android caller.

Is it possible to install on my phone this Xiaomi (Indonesia ROM) caller?
I guess it would be possible to extract it from that Indonesia ROM, but could I install it?
