I need your help urgently.
I've an Poco X6 Pro 5G and when I've deleted dual apps in settings the phone asked me to reboot, I've rebooted and now I can't open any app. When I try to open an app I got the message "Wait until device is fully rebooted before opening apps"... After search on Google I've found that is a bug known from Poco X6 Pro 5, and all the people says that I've to do a factory reset.
I don't mind to do a factory reset but I need to backup my storage, I've very important documentation on the mobile.
Please help me, I'm on another country and if I can't recover my data I can't go back to my country and I will have to leave on the street.
I can pay a reward if someone can help me.
