Port xiaomi.eu MIUI14 to sapphire

Hi, I was wondering if it would be possible to port your amazing MIUI14 for my device Redmi Note 13 4G? Is there a source code or something I must know in order to be able to port it? I'm interested in testing xiaomi.eu MIUI14, I feel HyperOS is too much for my low-end Sapphire. There's official MIUI14 release, but unfortunately no xiaomi.eu ver.

Please note that I'm NOT asking YOU to port the rom, I would like to do it myself, but, I imagine someone here can give me some hint on how to start.

Our build process has been developed over years of work. There is no one, or two, or three hints that can get you started.
Not to mention that we don't teach others how to imitate our work.

any chance someone upload the ported miui 14 stable version to sapphire? i would like to use it as its the only one the samsung galaxy pokemon go is working. hyperOS stable version does not let it work. so i can do dual app for it. hope someone shares what they have. thank you.
