New Possible solution for Mi8 unusable auto-brightness

My auto brightness is not working automatically. It only works when I disable it and enable it for once. Does anyone have the same problem?

I have the Mi8 global stable (not .eu, based on android Oreo) and doesn't seems to be so bad.
I Know that in every Pie version the system is learning how you use the brightness and it requires a learning time to work as you like

UPDATE: Included in regular builds >= 8.11.15.

I don't think it works in 8.11.29. It opens very dull and sometimes it adjusts... Do you have a flashable zip for 8.11.29? TIA.

EDIT: Never mind. The second update to 8.11.29 (which was released yesterday again) seems to work okay.
