Power control widget

Is it possible to get a power control widget more like the one in CM7? I like that you can add and take away toggles, such as the flashlight, lockscreen, etc.

There is, go to settings-personal-enable custom toggles. And the toggles will be in your notification bar

I cannot find this by following the instructions as written.

Settings--Personal--??

I do not see an option for enable custom toggles.
