New power saving mode in work profile

A work profile is created for the installation of the company portal (Microsoft). Then the corresponding MS apps are installed in this profile. I now fail at the point where the MS Defender always wants to be active and you have to select "no restrictions" in the energy management. My problem is that the choice comes up, I choose the option and from now on I'm in this loop over and over again. The system does not remember this setting.
As a result, I cannot fully activate my company profile and therefore cannot use it on my Mi11.

WHAT can I do to make this work?

I have the same issue, cannot edit any of the energy management options for work apps. also cannot change autsort of options ( which seem to be defaulted to all off for work profile). Hope the dev team can address this to make the settings visible for work profile apps.
