Invalid Pprobleme to change ROM

Dear All,

I have try to change ROM from my MI MIX 3 with TWRP and i'm totaly bloked. when I try to install the GLOBAL ROM i have always the same message.

failed to mount '/persist' (invalid argument)
failed to mount '/persistbak' (invalid argument)
failed to mount '/cust' (invalid argument)

anyone can help me for a solution.

no I follow a video to instal the global ROM, i have instaled ADB with TWRP perseus in the same folder. after i have try to instal unzip GLOBAL ROM directly from the phone (I have load it before) but with out success. and Now when i try to instal the zip ROM with an USB key or try lot of other manipulation, i always have this message.
