Problème MiFlash

Please need your help ... I tried to install eu rom but Mi flash do this ... What did i do wrong??!!!!
Phone : redmi note 9 pro
MIUI12.5.7

xiaomi.eu ROM does not install using Miflash.
If you want to install xiaomi.eu ROM you must have unlocked bootloader.

Installing with Fastboot:
To use Windows:
- Unpack downloaded zip file in the PC (we recommend to use WinRAR)
- Reboot your device to fastboot mode (press volume down + power)
- Connect to PC via USB cable
- Run the quick launch installation script as an administrator from the unzipped zipper. windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat

- wait for the phone to restart the system
- After reboot its done (first boot may take up to 15min)
- if flashing process stuck on setting slot a, just press Enter

thank you ... i still new i didn;t know that thing about running cmd . it,s done now ...
