Slt has all i am french and i can not get unlocked ,there is this message which is displayed at 99%

" Add your account and device in MIUI's settings / devoloper options / Mi Unlock status "

You have VPN problem 10008. download VPN program on your phone and put your location China then go to mi unlock.

You must bind your device to your Mi account before requesting unlock permissions install VPNplex on your device and select a location in China then enter settings / additional settings / developer options / Mi unlock Status and bind your phone to your account. Then apply for unlock permissions and then wait for Xiaomi to re-start the unlocking program because it is currently on hold.

I tried a factory reset , but no success .
