Problem With Buttons

Hi,

I have a problem with my brand new Mi 6 - back and menu buttons (Home button is fine) don't work after a few seconds of not touching screen. For example when I'm watching a YT I need to firstly touch a screen to go back, because buttons don't work

ROM on my phone: Xiaomi.eu 8.3.29 v2

I guess it's a hardware problem...
