Problem with flahsing

I have a quick question does the ROM come with some also stuff on Poco because whenever I flash it there is pixel sounds and digital wellbeing app..I do normal wipe before data system cache ..
Can anyone tell me why the apps are still there I was on also ROM before

Because... they are there. It's part of the ROM.
