Problem with flashing A12 Beta on POCO F3

Hi everyone, I tried to flash the 21.10.12 on POCO F3 (K40) but I've got the error you see in the image below.

I've tried to format (other times it had worked), but now I see multiple Internal Storage on the File Manager of Windows 10. What can I do to restore everything? Thanks in advice.

Wrong forum. That's china original ROM. Besides that TWRP you are using can't flash stock ROM and probably can't flash A12.

Flash a stock fastboot ROM.
