Hello i am having this problem, when i lock the phone and i recive an call it not display the number and the caller only like in the pic. Can anybody help me.

Select the phone app (long press), App info, Notifications : are they all activated ?
Go into settings, Always on display and lock screen, When notifications come and the screen is..., select Light up screen.
Also under Lock screen notifications, Format, select Show notification content.
