Problem with Installation TWRP via Fastboot mode

Hello everyone, I am trying to install the EU ROM, but already have problem in the first step.
I tried several times to install the TWRP(dipper) and it worked. Then after the installation completed, the Phone rebooted itself and back to the normal page. I shut it down again, press volume up und start button to go to recovery mode, but it is still Mi recovery there.

Can anyone help?

I had the same problem using the twrp listed on xiaomi.eu. I used an unofficial from https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-8/development/recovery-twrp-3-2-3-0-mi-8-t3837745 it worked!

After injecting twrp via Fastboot you have to format data (you will lose everything)
