Problem with play store apps intallation after installing MIUI 12.5

I just installed version 21.2.4_v12-11 for redmi note 8, I tried to restore my data using the cloud backup with my google account, but the apps were not installing, so I canceled the restore from the cloud and I got to install the apps manually, and still an error appeared that they cannot be installed.
