I purchased on aliexpress a redmi notes 3 pro snapdragon
I live in Italy
according to the scpeifiche hardware and the telephone network specific
the smartphone and compatible in Italy
I tried with 2 different sim, wind italy and 3 H3G italy
the smartphone detects the sim, but says no service
How is it possible?
the smartphone are locked?
I tried to insert a sim vodafone AL Albania reports it correctly
Please can you help me?

Try to update to last version! To 6.9.9.
As you said you have the official global rom 6.8.18, so install this below.
