Problem With Sound

Hi,
I am having a problem with my brand new xiaomi mi4.When I am dialing, I cant hear the tone or the other person when he talk.If i use the free hand or hearphones, I can.
I dont know what I can make to fix this prblem.Please, helpppp.

Smiui rom has volume boost integrated, might be easiest to try that.
