Problem with volume on calls

Hello,I have the note 7 pro with miui 11.I have updated to android 10 and now the volume in calls is heard low,in received and emitted calls.

You known why and if it has a solution?

During the phone call you can turn the volume up. I don't know if this will be permanent.
