New Problems using any VPN

Hello, I am experiencing problems in Redmi Note 7 when using VPN networks, the same thing happens with anyone I use and it is that it constantly disconnects, in random periods, the apps have the battery optimization disabled and they are with the lock in the list recent apps.

I am using build 21.1.27 on Redmi Note 7

After updating in dirty I clean the cache and dalvik.
