Problems With Mic And Gps

hello everyone,
so i have run into a few problems with my mi4s
first problem is the microphone, its is functioning as it should be as long as i dont turn on the speaker during a call, if i turn it on it will stop working any suggestions why is it happening?
The second problem is the gps it just won't work (i am aware of the other posts in the forum)
im posting a new thread because im on the miui 8.2.1.0, which is the lastet stable rom as far as i know, would installing a developer rom fix the issue with the gps?

Miui 8, 6.12.22 developer ROM run ok, i had It and i not have problems on gps

thank you for your reply, but what about the microphone? do you have any problems with it during callse with the speaker on?

I did not have microphone problems either.
But remember i say to mi4s model
