Problems with notifications

Hello everyone!

I have got some problems with notifications on my Redmi Note 4g.

I am using the ML v6 MIUI Rom from 2 weeks ago. I have got some problems with notifications. Sometimes i get them and sometimes i don't. The led notification light sometimes does come on and sometimes it doesn't.

I get this with Mail, whatsapp and Facebook. especially mail is weird. Sometimes it does get pushed and sometimes it does not.

Is this a known problem and how can i fix it?

Does Note have Permissions in Security app?

Yes it does. Still sometimes i get notifications and sometimes i dont. Same goes for the led ligth
