Problems with ring tone aplication. HELP PLEASE

Hello, i am new user of mi3 and i have installed rom of miui.eu.
The question is: How can i use other aplication to manage the tones of phone?
when i select option to change ringtones, the aplication that opens is a chinese aplication and phone don't give me to choose what aplication i want use to manage ringtones (I have installed Zedge).

In Other roms of android, when i installed Zedge and i go to change ringtone, the phone give me to chose what aplication i want to use to manage it.

How can i change it and manage ringtones with other aplication?

use the themes app

then go to category>components>ringtone>local>custom

then select the file that you downloaded from zedge
