Problems With Unlock

Hey everyone i tried to unlock my bootloader with the app but when it s get to the identification it says that its à different account of MI. The problèm is that i have just One account and it's the same. In my phone and when i registraire in the app.
How can i pass througt this annoying thing?

Could be network problem. Some people have used VPN to successfull unlock.

Try to post your Problem in the mi Unlock Forums . They might be able to help you there.

Hi, yesterday try install the new MIUI 8 and someting happen.


And now stoping turning on. But FastBoot working perfectly.


Try MiFlash for flashing stock ROM and MiFlash say: (devices is locked, error.......)

Need help please !!!

You have to unlocked the phone again!
Enter fastboot mode, start Mi unlock tool, and unlock the device
