New Public WIFI & login/authentification page

Hi there,

I have a problem with any guest or public wifi which are working with login (authentification) pages. The device connects to the wifi, but there is no internet and no redirect to the login page.
I tested it on an other non-xiaomi device, when i connect to the wifi, it opens the login page. If I deactivate the login page on my own guest wifi, the device is connecting to the internet; so no blocking from router or something else.
What can I do? I also tested it with frozen (xiaomi)Browser and unfrozen (xiaomi)Browser; no redirect to the login page (on login page you must click 'Ok' then you will get Internet).

ROM: Xiaomi EU 9.10.24
Android: 9 MIUI 11.1
Bootloader: Unlocked
Root: Magisk

okay, i found the "causer" (got a tip from xda): i have to deactivate private dns then the redirection to the login page is working.
