I have a Mi 9 Lite, installed MIUI EU stable 11.3.3, restored my apps with Titanium Backup, recently updated to 11.3.4. I have 2 apps which can be connected with custom permission like here:

the permission is used to open one app from another.
The issue is that when I try to connect those apps nothing happens, there is no dialog asking me to grant/revoke the permission, at the same time I don't see that permission in the app info of those apps. Tried to uninstall those apps, delete their data, reinstall, change installation order - no luck. The whole thing was working fine at santoni and MIUI 10 stable before. Has anything changed recently about custom permissions?
