Question about firmware versions

Hello, I was looking for information about which firmware is better to install, which is higher in version or which was updated last? For example, for Radmin note 11E pro (13.0.7.0 2022-06-22) or (13.0.3.0 2022-11-14). Sorry, maybe this is a stupid question. But I couldn't find any answers or any changelog.

Latter is newer despite version numbering since it's based on Android 12. Former is Android 11.

If you have "Xiaomi Redmi 11 Pro 5G" or "POCO X4 Pro 5G" you need this: "VEUXG"
