[Question] Call & SMS Blocker problem

Hello guys...
My Desire S running MIUI v 2.12.21 IMM76D.
My question is why SMS and call blocker doesn't work?
When I block a phone number with Guard app that come with the ROM call / sms from phone number that blocked still come in. I try block with call & sms filter in avast! Mobile Security doesn't work too...
What should I do to solve this problem?

Solved. It needs country code prefix to block in blacklist.
