Questions install MIUI 14

Good afternoon everyone, how are you?

I recently bought a Mi Mix 4 and I'm enjoying it, but I try to update to Miui 14 and I can't.
It is with xiaomi.eu rom (13.0.4 stable)

I can download the update package. When selecting it appears that the internal storage is encrypted.
Then it restarts in TWRP but freezes there. The cell phone is locked.

I will try to explain again.
I downloaded the installation package. then go to settings, update, choose update package and select. Then the images I posted in the previous message appear.
The cell phone restarts and enters normally in twrp (does not ask for a password).
But then the cell phone gets stuck, it doesn't work anymore. The only way is to force a restart.

The only way I can select options in twrp is when I boot sending the .img file from the computer to the phone with (fastboot boot twrp.img).
But then the files inside do not appear, because it says that it has 0Mb.

If you want any specific image please let me know.

the problem was in the twrp version itself. thank you very much for the quick and accurate help.
