New Ram usage issue

Available RAM is very low. It doesn't increase at all. I made more debloats. I tried clean flash again. Even though there is only one application inside, RAM usage is still very high. How can i fix ?

Device : poco X3 pro
Version : latest eu ( released a few days ago )

This was not the case in the previous version, and there is no same error in the stock MIUI. And CPU Z shows that there is only 900 MB of free ram.

Then the previous version and the stock MIUI have the "error". I don't think there's anything unclear about how Android works: "The Android platform runs on the premise that free memory is wasted memory. It tries to use all of the available memory at all times."
