Random Reboots While Screen Is Off/ On Stanby

so the phone reboots while its off. it started doing that today all day. i wiped dalvik and cache...didnt help. i have xiaomi.eu rom miui9, but it has been working for weeks without problems. what can this be? the phone is 2 weeks out of warranty lol...

Reflash the ROM,it must be a software issue nothing to worrie about.

how should i reflash it? just wipe all? or flash official, then unlock bootloader again and flash recovery

Dirty flash.. And if no help go for clean flash
