Random Reboots

Hey, i just got my phone today, and since im in the set up screen (the start one) i'm facing reboots every x minutes, don't know why. Im trying to update the miui version, but is hard when it reboots like 1 time every 10 minutes...
Any idea of what to do to fix it? Maybe should i resend it to the shop?
