Re-Lock Bootloader

i have Xiaomi.eu rom installed on my redmi note 7 and its wonderful, but the question is, can i re lock the bootloader flashing an official miui fastboot rom with miflash? I want to know if i can undo everything and leave the phone originally as it was.
I have the official 10.3.2.0 fastboot rom to flash it with Miflash

Just pay attention if your phone is Global variant then flash Global rom and not China version because it will brick your phone.
