Reboot wipes launcher data

Hi

I have installed the latest minuit 2.3.4
I encounter 2 problems
1. On every reboot I get back to the initial setup wizard ... tried wiping data and tried reapplying the Tom with no results
2. When downloading a market app I got a message that I have no space, even though I have.

My device is galaxy s i9000

Please help ....
