Received or missing call is not appeared in call history

Hello, since I switched from mi9t to Xiaomi 13, I cannot see my missed calls or conversations in the call history. I did all the steps recommended on the internet and it didn't work. Has anyone encountered this problem? Let's say I receive a missed call, when I look at who called, there are no recent calls. It's so annoying. Thanks
